When an incredibly talented and creative florist decides to get married, you know it’s going to be a beautiful affair. When that florist orders a stunning silver sequin tablecloth for a special display, things get very exciting indeed!
Joanne and Steven had a beachside wedding at East Quay Venue in Whistable, Kent. The bride told me more about their romantic celebration…
What impact did Pudding Bridge have on the look and feel of your wedding day?
‘We wanted to have a DIY Pimp Your Prosecco Bar as a main feature of our wedding day, for guests to enjoy and have fun with. The silver sequin tablecloth from Pudding Bridge finished it off perfectly, giving it a glitzy finish that really made it stand out.’
What was your favourite moment on your wedding day?
‘Ooh that’s a hard one as the whole day was magical from start to finish but I would have to say I had two favourite moments; one being the ceremony and Steve and I saying our own personal vows to each other and the other was during the evening reception when everyone was on the dance floor, dancing like crazy and having a great time.’
What wedding planning advice would you give other couples as they approach their big day?
‘Don’t stress on the day, what’s done is done and you just need to enjoy every single moment as it goes so quickly! Do a run through of the day and a schedule so you know what’s happening and when. That way everything will run smoothly.’
What a beautiful wedding and a fabulous use of our sequin table linen. A prosecco bar is such a fabulous idea, I’m definitely craving a glass of bubbly after reading about Joanne and Steven’s big day!
